A bibliography citation in Chicago (Turabian) looks like this:

Last name, First name. Title of Book. Place of publication: Publisher, Year of publication.

A footnote for books looks like this:

1. First name Last name, Title of Book (Place of publication: Publisher, Year of publication), page number.
