Pearson Library houses a special collection of psychology and education testing material located behind the Circulation Desk. Authorized students are allowed to check out needed materials and use the tests for their classes. The tests are secure and confidential documents and are to be used only by approved students taking specific classes. They are not to be shared with any unauthorized students for any purposes other than what is assigned by the instructor.
Because this material is confidential, even Pearson Library staff have not looked at the contents of the test material and cannot advise on the specifics about these tests. Instructors need to inform students about what they need before arriving in the library to select material.
The Education Department is responsible for updating and purchasing new materials or collaborating with a librarian to purchase any new materials.
To check out a test, students must present their CLU ID card to library staff at the Circulation Desk. Instructors are responsible for providing a list of approved students to library staff at the Circulation Desk. Students who do not appear on the list will not be allowed to check out material.
Loan periods for testing material vary. Testing material cannot be placed on hold or renewed.
Testing material not returned by the due date and time are subject to a $1.00 per day fine.
Please contact Library Circulation at firstname.lastname@example.org with any check-out related questions or to submit a list of approved students.
Please contact Henri Mondschein regarding the purchase or update of the material.
