Faculty can request DVD's and books owned by Pearson Library be placed on reserve for their courses. Please email coursereserves@callutheran.edu with these requests so library staff can ensure those materials are moved and updated in the library catalog.

Items not eligible for reserve include items in Special Collections and items from the Education and Psychology Test Collections. If an article, eBook, or steaming media item is used for a course, please link to that resource within your Canvas course. See our "How to Share Library Resources Guide" for more information on sharing electronic resources available through Pearson Library.

In the event that Pearson Library does not own access to the required material, faculty are encouraged to donate a copy of the current edition being used. While Pearson Library does accept faculty donations of Instructor Copies, any such copy marked with a disclaimer (e.g. "This work… is provided solely for the use of instructors") will not be accepted.

Due to limited space and to create an easier discovery process for students, Course Reserve will only accept materials being used for active and current courses.

Please email coursereserves@callutheran.edu with any additional questions.
